Can anybody tell, what could be the reason for a VERY annoying problem I am having with Roxio Creator 2009: I open the program and don't do anything with it. The program opens and I just let it show the opening screen. About one minute later the program closes and my PC is forced to boot. It doesn't show any error messages at all, nor does it ask whether I want to reboot my computer, it just boots. This happens even when I am having no other programs running (other than normal background processes and Norton Internet Security antivirus program). I have used the program previously without any problems, and only changes that I can come to think of after my last succesful use is the installation of photo organizing software IMatch 3.6 Vista version, which runs smoothly and I don't believe could be causing problems. I have also installed one external hard-drive and at the process re-assigned the drive letters (of the external drives only, of course, and all the files with which I have used Roxio Creator earlier are in C-drive). Is there any other solutions other than to re-install?
I'm not sure what information I should give about my system to help you give tips, but...
I use Windows Vista Home Premium SP1, AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 2,60 GHz with 3,00 Gb RAM. Norton Internet Security in the background.
Program version: Roxio Creator 2009, 1.1.110; 4.12.00a
Build: 111B1OE, R03... (I was writing this info down, and at this point yet another crash and boot while I had the program open just so that I could check the program version under "Help"-menu... luckily I had copied most of this text from NotePad so didn't lose that in the process).
