How Do You Add Menu To Videowave Project

I am new to Creator 2009. I have been reading and learning for 2 weeks now and still can not figure out how to add a menu to my production I made in videowave. Also, why dont they have icons for videowave and mydvd on their menu? I have made a cinemagic video and it allowed me to add a menu but the editing was limited as to what you could do. I made a video in mydvd and in videowave. The videowave is my preference now and I edited some video clips and added transitions and music background. I want to add a menu. What do I do?

You do not create a menu in Videowave, it's designed to be used to assemble your video sources, add audio, transitions, etc. Menus are only created in myDVD.

You save your videowave project, exit Videowave, launch myDVD and add the videowave project using "Add movie" and then create the menu.

 

Follow this link to an excellent writeup on creating a video DVD. In fact browsing the Tips&Tricks forum (in all versions ofRoxio) is a good way to learn about using C2009 as well as running some of the tutorials

Save your videowave project, close videowave, Open MyDVD and bring your saved videowave project into MyDVD, where you should have your choice of dozens of menu styles..

VideoWave is listed as Edit Video-Advanced, and MyDVD is listed as Create DVDs-Advanced, on the main screen. Dumb, but that is the way it is.
