Xp Blue Screen Of Death

After installing Roxio Creator 2009 and SP1 I am unable to open the program. When I click on the shortcut to start Creator 2009 my PC hangs for a while then I get a BSOD: Stop error 0X0000007E ATI3DUAG.dll

I have a new Dell Optiplex 755 with an Intel Dual Core processor and 4GB of RAM. MSOffice2007, Photoshop elements, Adobe 9 reader, winzip and Java are the only programs loaded. I have an ATI Radeon HD 2400 display adapter which probably has something to do with it. Please help, I spent a lot of money on this program and no where did I see a known issue with this display adapter. If some knows of a solution please let me know what it is so I don't have to return this software. Thanks.

Where did you get your Roxio Creator 2009 software, a bought retail copy? And installing SP1, you mean this ( http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/c2009/software_updates.html ) ??

That seems to be a common problem with that graphics (it's hitting a few things as well as Roxio)

but there are countless hits on google for 'ati3duag.dll' all of which are about the BSOD
