Problem Launching Rocio Creator

I have just purchased and installed Roxio Creator 2009. But when I try to launch it I keep getting the error message saying "Roxio Creator has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

 

Has anyone had this problem? What's the solution? Thanks.

A long shot try this (http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/c2009/software_updates.html).

 

Next would be a clean uninstall reinstall, listed in my signature by operting system..
