Issue With C2009 Copy And Convert

Has anyone come across this issue?

 

I am trying to make h.264/avc movies from some movie files I have on DVD media. The movie loads into cache properly and is able to play from the loaded cache. The problem occurs when I click the "Save As" button to convert my DVD. With the movie cached and the DVD still in the drive, the dialog comes up immediately and shows 100% complete and I have no file in my selected output location. It does this for no matter what I have selected, but for grins and giggles I use:

 

save output to file

Custom settings: H.264/avc, 320x240, 30 fps, letterbox

 

to be compatible with my Sansa View. Also, some DVDs will load into cache and others will not and convert from the DVD drive.

 

Any suggestions?

Roxio will not copy encrypted DVD since that is illegal. Whether you own the DVD means nothing.

Discussion of breaking encryption is not allowed on these boards.

Also - Roxio will prompt you with a dialog if it is copy protected and will not allow the operation.

The CSS encryption is removed from the DVD. I use xxxxxxx. Excellent program.

Removing CSS enryption is illegal in most countries no matter what software you use
