Bolduser
Hi, I couldn't find a forum specific to Mobile Media Manager, but I understand it is included as a part of EMC 10 so I figured I'd try here. I just got a new Blackberry Bold and Mobile Media Manager is supposed to be installed as a part of the Blackberry Desktop Manager install. The BB Desktop Manager installs fine, and then I see it try to launch the Roxio Mobile Media Manager install. A window appears saying something along the lines of "Please wait while Setup initiates", and then it quickly disappears. Media Manager is not installed, but no error messages of any kind are displayed. Any thoughts on how I can troubleshoot this issue? I have tried it on both my work and home XP SP2 machines with all security software disabled. I appreciate any help!

All support for oem's come from the provider of the oem version, in your case Blackberry.

I will pursue support through BB as well, I just figured that since it is a Roxio product that someone here might be able to provide some insight. Is that not the purpose of a discussion forum??
