Error Message When Burning Dvd Photoshow

Every time I try to burn my slideshow to a dvd it goes thru the initializing burning engine then prepares the disc then starts to process the photos & it will process up to about 70% then it stops & gives me an error . I have tried using all different types of discs they all go thru the process & stop with an error. I am able to burn dvd's thru the roxio media creator with no trouble. I have a help ticket in but no one has responded. Has any one else had this problem. The only reason I bought this program was to burn dvd photoshows & I can't so I will have to get a refund if it can't be fixed.

I am having the same problem. I can not find anywhere to contact support.

Buying the add-on is pretty useless if you can not use it.

I've been trying to get my problem with the dvd burning solved for almost a month. They have sent me different things to try and none work. I feel the same way, the only reason I purchased the premium was to have add'l clip art, etc and burn dvd's. I had the old photoshow and it works great - think I need a refund and just keep what I have that works.

go to https://SELFSERVE.ROXIO.COM It will ask you to sign in then click on create a new help ticket . I have been waiting almost a week for a solution they asked me a bunch of questions which I answered & am now waiting for a reply..They don't have any tech dept you can talk to for free which is why I am going to get a refund
