How Do I Add Sound Effects To Individual Tracks

Hi,

 

I did the following in Sound Editor and was wondering if I am doing it right. I recorded a two hour recording of a group of guys and there were about twenty songs in this two hour recording session. I made certain that the beginning of a song started at the beginning , deleted extraneous talking and as soon as a song ended, I split track and EZCD 10 made a clip. As soon as I saw the individual clip, I exported into a directory and named it the name of the song.

 

Is this track done correctly ? Does this track need a marker at the beginning and end of a song or by making a single track or many tracks mean that when I burn a audio cd I select the player to keep repeating this song ?

 

I would like to enhance ad add ome echo to these tracks. What is the best way of adding echo and enhancement so it will sound better ?
