I Cannot Get Help!

I have paid for my download and am trying to get it for my computer, I am very upset because I need to have a Roxio program because realplayer plus is powered by roxio, I am about to cancel and ask for my money back because I ordered it last night, paid for it last night and because my printer wouldn't print info, I had to get a pen and write everything down, i had moved to the second screen, thinking I could go back there after writing the info by hand from the screen, I couldn't get back to the screen and never was able to download my program. What can I do. I tried to register and find the link to get the download back but it kept telling me that it couldn't help me.

The confirmation email that you received gives you a link to get to the download page. You will need to enter the email address and the last 5 digits of the credit card that you used for the purchase.

You don't understand yet… This board is primarily haunted by users not Roxio, there is nothing we can do.

 

If a Roxio person would happen to drop in there is nothing they can do either! They would give you the same number to call. It is Free, it is Fast, whip out that cell phone and go!

JM - What am I not understanding? Offering constructive advice is what we can do - I am a user that gave advice to help another user. I too was unable to locate the download info and I merely responded with the method I used to resolve a similar problem to get to what I had paid for.

If it helps fine! But the OP did not mention ever receiving an email.

Non the less - it is implied as it appears that she was on the computer (trying to print information) and providing an email is SOP (required field) when purchasing on line...
