Toast7 --> 9 Upgrade Caveats? Drm?

I bought Toast 9 to upgrade from version 7 but thought I would ask if there are any obvious reasons not to switch. It struck me that there might be new DRM issues or something similarly odious that I might want to avoid. Also, will the two versions work side by side?

You can keep and use Toast 7 even with Toast 9 installed. I don't think you'll find any reason to use it, though, at least after you get accustomed to the Toast 9 way of doing things.
