Drgto Dsk.exe Problem

Since installing Roxio Creator 2009, I get a Dialogue Box (after booting) headed DrgToDsk.exe. This tells me that : "This application has failed to start because AS_Storage.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may help".

I have reinstalled 2009 from the Roxio Creator 2009 Backup disk but this has not solved the problem.

I did delete the old Roxio Creator 9 program after completing the new installation. Is this where I made my mistake. Will I need to reinstall Creator 9 Suite. Any advice please.

Clean install comes to mind, it is obvious that there are some remnants of EMC 9 left behind…

The trick to Clean Install is to print it out so it is by your side and follow it step by step using the More or Less method. (Don't do More than it says and don't do Less!)
