Quite probably - that error is normally graphics related

 

However, you could try thje following

 

1: update the drivers directly from the Intel website

2: Update DirectX 9.0c from Microsoft (latest version is November 2008)

3: in Videowave, under tools, optioons, change to software rendering

 

It might help - then again it might not, in which case you will need a dedicated mid-range graphics card

No fixes will be returning Roxio Creator 2009 and spreading the word if I can't get this fixed.

Your problem is with your hardware - not the software

Unless you have the same setup as the OP and are doing exactly the same thing, your "me Too" post is useless.

Start your own thread and supply some information.

I don't think the graphics card is the problem. I have an older card and have no problems as long as I stay in the software render mode. The OP has not supplied much information to work with
