Unable To Burn Bin/cue To Dvd

I'm a newb, so please be gentle with me. So I have this Movie that a friend of mine gave me because he has no idea how to burn it to a DVD. It is in the bin/cue format. I've never burned one of these files before, but I'm pretty good at figuring this type of thing out. Now after 3 days of trying to figure it out, I still can't get it to burn. Toast tells me it cant work or import o burn or whatever it's trying to do, with the CD-ROM XA audio files. I know that it has to be able to do it, because when I mount it as a disk image, then play it using VLC, it plays perfectly. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

I'm not an expert on these but have you turned on Show Legacy Formats in Toast Preferences so you can see the Multi-track CD-ROM XA setting in the Toast Copy window? Those only burn to CD-R. I believe most Bin/Cue's are video CDs.
