I installed Creator 2009 and the capture software that supports Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition product purchased at Sams Club. I have Creator 6 and Creator 9 installed on the system. When I try to capture from a video camera or DVD player a window opens up with the heading -Sonic CinePlayer Decoder Pack- and states The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-Rom or other removable device that is not available.
Insert the "Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 Suite" disk and click OK.
I put in the disk from Creator 9..
Then the install program says it can't find the file 7ea908.msi on the disk....
The program locks up and will not function or allow itself to be deleted... I have to terminate the session and start over again...
Why is Creator looking for .msi files from Creator 9?
I would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction on this issue....
