Another Buffer Underrun Illegal Address

Getting the same error when trying to burn a BR. Very disappointing for a new program that features a $30 blu-ray plug-in. Will try the above suggestions but even my memory hogging Adobe Premiere works without having these extra steps...and apparently Nero does too

 

1. Defrag just done yesterday

2. temp files removed

3. Tried making image first - FAILED UNDER SAME ERROR

4. I have no idea how to do this.

 

I'm gonna ask for a refund. Adobe runs slow, but it works. Same goes for DVDit Pro HD....and, again, apparently Nero.

Not everyone likes a particular program and it would be silly to expect that everyone would.
