Can't Burn Tracks Full Length

neeneedoo

Question

 I don't know what's going on but it seems when i try to burn a cd with tracks over 3:00 minutes, the rest gets cut off. Just recently was making a cd and noticed when I dragged over a song that was 3:47m, it cut to 3:00m. Obviously when I heard it, the song cut short so the complete song didn't download as it was originally. Is there something I should be changing cause for the life of me I can't seem to find it.

Would appreciate any information on this. It's driving me nuts. THANKS

Use Music Disc Creator to burn your music CD.

Do you mean download? Can you play/listen to the song, is it 3:47 long?

Name your software suite and application/s your using, version #, help about, would also be usefull?

cd

Thanks for all responding. Well the song downloads but not the whole one. For example, so when i drag the original song I want to burn it's 3:47m long but when I drag it to make the cd, the track length drops to 3 minutes. I'm using Roxio creator premier SD 10.1. It seems I can't create cd with tracks more than 3 minutes.

What application in EMC 10 are you using?

Roxio is not a download utility!

You download a song/s to your hard drive, from where? What source iTunes, Walmart, what?

Can you play/listen to the song from the hard drive? With what player? Is the song longer than 3:47?

i'm using audio cd to create a cd. I tried jukebox but that didn't work either

Maybe i'm using the wrong terminology. I mean when i create a cd and drag the song that i want on the new cd, that's when the length of the track changes from 3:47m to 3:00m. I took this song from another cd that works perfectly well and also copied that song onto my hard drive which also works perfectly well. It's when i create a new cd that this happens

Does this only happen on the one track?
