Alright, after spending a couple days looking for a solution to this problem myself, I decided to try and figure it out myself. The problem with this error isn't the software like most believe, it's the video file your using, at least for me it was.

 

Load up your video properties and find out the compression method for this file, either CBR or VBR. You'll then have to goto "File", "Project Properties" and goto SD Transcoding or HD Transcoding and make sure your project is set for the same method. It would probably be the audio part if that doesn't work, which would be "PCM" or "Dolby Digital 'AC3' ". Either way make sure the encoding for the project is the same as the video your using and try that. This should work, good luck!
