Importing On-line Video To Your Pc

I hate to be the one asking a stupid question, but...

 

I created an on-line video. How do I move that video to my PC for safe keeping? I've email Roxio with no reply.

 

Also, while on-line, I saw the link: "Get this photoshow on Video (mp4)"

I clicked on that, and a prompt comes up that I will get an email when it's ready. over a week later I'm still waiting for that email??

 

Any suggestions? I hate to lose that video when Roxio decides to take it off the system.

I don't know why it isn't working now, I have done it before, however, I too, tried it lately and did not get an e-mail back. Sorry I can't help, just wanted you to know your not alone.
