Tivo Transfer Not Available

I just bought Toast9 so that I could download from Tivo to my Mac then IPhone...It tells me Tivo Transfer can't be found...Help says download the new version (I've bought 9.0.1). It won't let me download the update, it just keeps bouncing back to the help screen....ARRRGGGHHH....I feel like I'm in a circle jokeQ

There are others who experience the problem getting the download although it's never been a problem for me. I think it may relate to add ons such us speed download utilities or pop-up blockers. Have you tried using Firefox instead of Safari?

 

Be sure you activate the Tivo feature while going through the Toast setup screens. You can return to those setup windows via Toast Help.
