I get the following error when trying to import digital photos:

 

Runtime Error!

What are you trying to import them from, and what program are you using to import them?

I don't think it matters too much

 

Runtime Error = Broken Program = Clean Install

One does not Import from a HD – you copy the files with Windows Explorer.

 

Otherwise - Runtime Error = Broken Program = Clean Install

What do you mean by import? Are you trying to add them to a project?

Please explain in more detail what you are trying to do, what program from C2009 you are using.

As Jim said if the photos are already on your hard drive they have already been "imported".
