I haven't a clue what you are trying to say

How about using some punctuation and clear sentences

Ok. I am running windows vista 64 bit, i am trying to re-install creator 2009. When loading the program I receive the message must install emc 10, I was advised to download the hotfix to solve this problem. When I download the hotfix and run it, I receive a message that their nothing to fix because is a clean valid installation. I run creator again and I receive same message "must install creator 10 before I can load contents?? Ok no more emc 10 errors.. Now I get the message after running the hotfix I get the message this is a valid installation fix is not needed??:unsure:
