Failed To Extract File From Archive

Went to update to SP2 and when it goes through installation get message "failed to extract file from archive: diff_000021.dif." If tried to run directly from update and have downloaded and attempted install from download with same results. Running Windows Vista 32 Ultimate SP1.

Just a guess but it sounds like the download was not completed. Try downloading the file again.

Creator 2009 only has SP1 - are you talking about Vista SP2 (which is beta btw and not the release version)?

Not according to Roxio - Creator 2009 has SP2.

The 2009 SP2 only came out either late on the 23rd or 24th.

 

You are the only one who has mentioned this. Did you try what gpb suggested? You do have the Retail version that you bought and paid for?
