Mrs. Whatever
I purchased the CinePlayer DVD Decoder for Windows Vista v1.0. I saved it on my desktop and I am unable to run the program. When I click on the desktop icon and the click allow, a window pops up saying it is "...already installed. To uninstall or repair this application, use "Add or Remove Programs" in the control panel." When I go into the control panel into programs, it is no where to be found. Does anyone know how to get this program to work?

It simply allows Windows Media Player to play DVD, mpg and certain audio files. Does it? If you has something like Cineplayer on your computer, you may have already had the decoder installed. Download and run Gspot (free) on a file that you want to play. It will tell you if the right codecs are installed.
