Express Labeler Keeps Crashing

When I try to open Laser Label Disc, get the following error:

 

Application Error. Exception EAccess violation in module dwwin.dll at 000EB192. Access violation at address

 

0061B192 in module dwwin.dll. Read of address 0000003C.

 

The program then crashes and asks for a report.

 

I have tried this several times but still the same problem.

 

and no i dont have Desktop Weather from the Weather Channel or Logitech's SetPoint software installed

 

Express Labeler came with mine hp pc
