I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop about 6 mos old with cd/dvd player/recorder. Can I create the video with this computer and roxio? If so, what roxio product is best? If not, what else would I need? I'm guessing this will be transferred to the Creator 2009 section. That program is Roxio's most current, but you'll also need the usb capture device unless you have a/v input jacks on your pc.
