Golf Video Sound Out Of Sync When Ball Is Hit

Nellie Fox

Question

This has happened on a couple of my videos. It works great on MyDVD preview. However, when I burn it to DVD, the sound of the club hitting the ball is after the ball is hit on the screen. It was amusing at first but after awhile, it would be good if I could correct this issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you talking Wild Turkey, Walt?:lol:

Nellie, try burning to an image (.iso) file first, then burning to a DVD using Video Copy and Convert, another program in the EMC 10 suite.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have done that - burn to an .iso file then copied to my DVD and I still have the same problem. I guess it's not a big deal and is amusing watching the video. I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem and did they correct it? Thanks for your replies. :)

Only other thing would be to defragment the drive before rendering - sometimes it happens if a file is fragmented that sound lag can occur. Also shut down any background apps during render also disable screensavers and such - just use the big round button on the front of the monitur (that's the best screen saver going )

The reason for that is to let the system run the main job of rendering without having to switch to other taskls
