Copy And Convrt Dvd-video

After the installation of Roxio Creator 2009, when i start the option "Copy and Convert DVD-Video", i have the message "Cannot Initialize Burning Engine - Please re-install th software". I don't think is a problem with my DVD burner because I can burn CD or DVD with other options of the software.

 

Did somebody could help me on that error?

 

I have Vista 64 bit - HP M8407c - Q6600 - 2.4Gz

Try to open the the same program from the Home page. Let us know the result.

Same error, i try it from the menu and also from the home page "Frequent Tasks".

I sometimes get that "Cannot initialize" error message, and opening the app from Home page works for me (I just realized you have Vista and I have XP). Sorry to hear it doesn't work in your case.
