Need Drivers For 2861 Capture Card

I purchased Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition at Costco. It came with a 2861 video capture card. The device drivers are not found on the install disc which came with the program. I have not been able to find the drivers on the roxio website. How do I get the drivers?

No not true! Unless the separate disc is absent, then it goes back to Costco…

 

Otherwise look through the Tips & Tricks where I even loaded pictures of it.
