Unable To Register Product

Hi there

 

Just bought a LaCie Portable DVD-RW drive today, which included Toast 8. However, I am unable to register this online as the cd-key keeps on being rejected (I've checked and re-checked it, and I'm confident that it's correct). Wanted to get a software update to keep an old version of Toast 6 Titanium up-to-date. Any ideas?

OK - managed to get the Toast 6.1.1 software update. But still would like to register my new version 8 software...

You will have to contact Roxio's customer support about any registration issues.

I have the same problem. Roxio Toast 8 Titanium came with a LaCie drive from MacMall, but the Roxio site says the CD Key on the envelope is not valid. I have sent at least 3 messages to Roxio Support, and they just keep telling me to go to the same site and register the product, even though I've told them 3 times that that is what I have done and it doesn't work.
