But what Roxio program are you using [version number] and is it a full retail version or a cut-down Dell version?


Has it always behaved like this or did it once work properly. If it once worked, what significant thing(s) did you do which stopped it?

When starting the retail version of Roxio Creator 2009 the start up screen stops running and must close. I have already updated to the service pack 2. No help. I have a dell e519 machine. Does anyone know of a fix for this.


List all of the specs of that e-machine, similar to how I have mine listed in my signature.


I have my doubts that the computer has the horses to run the software.
