As soon as I start recording with CDSD through iTunes 8.0.2 (20) Radio stream, I hear intermittent distortion that comes through on the recording. WTF???

 

ROXIO: Great concept - POOR EXECUTION....

 

Anyone know of a better product?

 

I've seen this complaint on the board many times and it seems as though Roxio is not concerned. Not so much as a reply!

Roxio staff very rarely post in the forums. I am aware that they have an update to Spin Doctor that's nearly finished. I think it would have been out by now but a new problem with the waveform appeared after the Mac OS 10.5.6 update.
