Purchased Ver 9 Days Before 10 Was Released

Question

i purchased ver 9 of Toast a few days before ver 10 was released. will Roxio honor my purchase and allow me to upgrade? has anyone else experienced similar situation?

I'm not sure if there's a cheap upgrade available. I bought Toast 9 on 24th December and when I learned about Toast 10 a couple of days ago, I came here to the support forums. I saw this thread http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?showtopic=46908 and applied for a refund online (since I had bought it directly from Roxio online). The refund was prompt and I got it today - it was completely hassle free.

 

If you don't see a cheap (or free) upgrade option, then you can request for a refund within 30 days of the purchase (see http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/service/cs_refund.html).
