Roxio Online Photo Dvd


As a Christmas present, I tried to create a photoshow DVD using the Roxio Online promotion that requires no subscription.

I upload all my photos, video clips (with audio) and previewed my show online. Everything appeared to work as I had envisioned. I ordered and paid for the DVD. A few weeks later I received my Photoshow DVD in the mail and upon reviewing it found that about half of my videos now have no audio.

I am now out $29.95 for a photoshow DVD that is not what I previewed online.


HELP!!! Roxio has not been at all forthcoming on how to solve this issue.


I put in a web ticket to the tech support but have gotten no response.
