i cant find download manager too :(

 

It's the file you downloaded to your computer, first. You then had to click on that download manager to download the software. It was a zip file.

 

The unzipped file is named RoxioCreator2009_DownloadManager.exe, if you purchased the regular version, and RoxioCreator2009Ultimate_DownloadManager.exe, if you purchased the Ultimate version.

i know, but i can't find this file on my computer too... i search on all my partition, i'll go search in my temp directory too..... but the file isn't there

Its available, go to Support>Support Home>you will see a list, Top Support Notes, its the 8th one down "How to re-download Software".
