Problem In Roxio Creator 9.0 De

I have purchased a Laptop from DELL supplied with RAXIO CREATOR 9.0DE. I have never used it. I used windows to write the CDs. Now I am not able to do it. Raxio is not allowing it. I have got RAXIO CD supplied along with with the laptop.

Basically i need some software to write CD/DVD. I have uninstalled the RAXIO and did the installation again. I have opened first time it went for activation and told me it is done. But one again i opened to through shortcut. No exe is there it seems.

I do not know what to do.

I came to this WEB site and tried to do registration. It asked for serieal number.

 

I feel it is very much difficult to continoue with RAXIO. I need help.

Since you are in India, when you call Dell Support where does your call get routed???

Thanks on your attention to me. I have fixed the problem. I have uninstalled all the componetns and reinstalled, it become ok.

First, this is not Roxio; it is a users group. Second, you have an OEM (crippled or teaser) version of the software.

 

This web site does not ask for a registration number as you can see because you are here.

 

Any particular reason that you are misspelling the company name? If you don't use the Roxio program, get rid of it. You seemed to be able to write the CD with Windows before.

 

ALSO Did you ever think that since you are now having problems with Roxio Easy Media Creator 9DE AND Windows, that the problem may be more than just the Roxio software? I believe that you have a Windows problem that needs to be fixed first.
