Undoccumented Error

rustya0373

Question

This is the first time that I have tried to copy a DVD using Roxio. Each time I insert a disc in to copy and hit the continue button I get an error message that reads: Undoccumented error has occurred. I have tried several different discs and the same thing happens each time.

Not a lot to go on - actually I've never heard of an 'undocumented' error and wouldn't know if it's EMC, Windows or what (not a lot of info there, which is probably why it's undocumented)

What sort of DVD are you copying and does this happebn if you are making an image on the hard drive or what?

I am trying to make a copy of a DVD that was copied for me. So it is a copy of an orriginal. It is not copywritted or anything so I can not figgure it out. When I read the Help dialog it says that it will make a temporary file on my computer then ask for a writtable disk to be inserted but I never make it that far. I have tried uninstalling Roxio and reinstalling it and that did not solve the problem.

Still no information telling us what you are doing, what program from the C2009 suite you are using.

All we know is that you are trying to copy a DVD and that you are having a problem
