CFS3 Ace
Hi guys, I was wondering if there was a way to mute the audio during a capture, so I could listen to something else on my computer while a capture is in process. Thanks!

The finger pointing out "don't do that, it's bad for your system bla bla bla" You should decide for yourself and the answer is YES, but you propably figured it our yourself by now. Here is the answer: http://forums.creativecow.net/thread/8/985624 You can turn it off in the log and capture screen, turn off audio preview. grz. Check the date of the thread before posting. You posted to a 2 1/2 year old thread. I would have imagined that the OP did figure it out by now. Did you mean to post this as an answer for future reference? If so, state that rather than just replying. BTW, the link is to a equally old thread. talking about a MAC software issue. The crux of the matter here is the use of the audio devcie to do two things at once; not just muting the audio being captured. Is that what you are trying to address? or are you trying to spam this site with the software program?

CFS3 Ace
Yeah, but I wouldn't be playing games, or anything like that. Is there a way to mute it so I can listen to other stuff other than what's being imported?

Is there a way to mute it so I can listen to other stuff other than what's being imported? This has nothing to do with games - "listening to other stuff" also requires an application to be running.
