Permission Error On Dvd Burn

I am getting an error that I can't find any help for:

 

Could not record the disc because you don't have
the required access permissions.

Result code =-54

 

I am attempting to do a Video_TS folder burn.

 

I have done a Disc Utility check on everything and it seems ok...

 

I just bought the program today and have no idea where to go... any and all help would be appreciated.

Is it possible that something is missing from the original VIDEO_TS folder (such as ripping a DVD using something other than full disc extraction)?

I guess that is possible.

 

I just tried another Video_TS folder and got a different error, so perhaps something is wrong with that folder, but the error seems odd if that was the case.

The errors are odd and sometimes point in a completely wrong direction (my favorite is an out of memory error that has nothing to do with memory). Toast reads the IFO in the VIDEO_TS and it needs to find everything the IFO is pointing to.
