Creator 2009 A Bad Product?

Try following the Clean Install procedure from the pinned post at the top of this section.

Let us know how that works out.

 

I have tried several times, no luck either. My PC is a Dell Dimension 9150 and with all updates from Windows. The install procedure seems to do something, but too fast after 10 minuttes it tells the setup wizard has finish. There is nothing installed, no "Roxio Creator 2009" under Program Files and no start icon. Any Solution?

I am having this same problem! I was astounded at the procedure they want us to go through to install this product. Have you had any luck?

Hej cvan, until now no luck at all. I got an e-mail from support tech telling the same procedure for clean setup and it will not works for me. Thinking about what to do then. by the way who are you, where do you live. My name is Erik living in Denmark. We talks later.

 

Then Call tech support and talk to someone.

Thanks for your answer, tech support wrote the same about a clean setup, but it do not works for me.

[Tech support is no help - I have the same problem - Creator 2009 will not install. Why should I have to pay to talk to support. This has been the worst experience - Will never buy or recomend another Roxio product.
