tsantee Posted January 12, 2009 Report Share Posted January 12, 2009 If you are not already aware, Toast cannot copy or compress a DVD that is encrypted with copy protection (which is true for nearly all commercial DVDs). Presuming you have a unencrypted DVD or a VIDEO_TS folder that was ripped to remove copy protection, the process is to make your new DVD using either the Disc Copy setting in the Copy window (when the source is coming from a disc) or the VIDEO_TS Folders setting if the source is coming from a VIDEO_TS folder. These are explained in the Toast User Guide. Add what you want to copy, select options if you don't want to copy everything, and burn your new DVD. The Fit-to-DVD option is turned on by default so you shouldn't have to do anything about that. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
