Cineplayer Not Working

this will work

Question

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the Creator 2009 suite 4 times since purchasing in late December 2008; I'm getting really good at it. I want CinePlayer (CP) to work (play a DVD) and now I'm turning to the forum for help. Based on my description of the problem, Creator Tech Support advised to use Add/Remove Programs to get rid of PowerDVD, Cyberlink, and ImageMixer - then do KB000206CR (clean install). When I try launching the CP application, a Windows dialog titled "Missing Shortcut" appears, informing me that Windows is searching for the file CinePlayer.exe. Eventually it gives up, because the file is never found. OK, I can understand that I had to get rid of other decoders/players so that CP wouldn't be competing with them over who gets to play the DVD, but how am I going to find CinePlayer.exe? Windows Explorer can't find it on my computer. Shouldn't the Creator 2009 installation files have placed everything required for CinePlayer to work into the correct locations?
