Typically, shutting down and rebooting your computer will delete the TMP and TEMP files. If that doesn't do it, set Windows folder view to show hidden files and folders; then look for the files. There is probably a lot more crap on your computer then you realize. Use the free CCleaner to get rid of that extra junk.
