Hp Error Message After Installing Creator 2009

BenF12400

Question

Has anyone experienced an error message "HP cue status not working" on PC startup after installing Roxio creator 2009 on a PC that is running Vista and an H-P all-in-one? (6180). Tried to get info from H-P but they keep directing me to a patch than involces scanning, but I have no problems scanning and the error message does not disappear. Can no longer check status of printer on PC, o/w printer runs fine.

The patch did work for me. I thought the same thing as I was not having a scanning error either but I ran the patches and it did in fact fix my problem. follow these two steps and it should fix your problem as it did mine:
