Question

I am using EMC 10. The problem I am having is: after compiling a movie, when I hit the make DVD button, the program crashes. There is an additional sympton, which is, it works perfectly with Windows Media Player 8, but the problem arrises when upgraded to 9, 10 or 11. I need to know if there is a workaround for this problem

What program, in the EMC 10 suite, are you using?

What works perfectly with WMP 8?

Hi Jerry -

In addition to GrandpaBruce's questions, please make sure that you have the latest updates to yuor computer and your video card drivers.

We have collected a "best of video tips" in the article Resolving Video Burning Issues. Please give it a go.

Also, if you're using WMP 8, what operating system are you using?

Thanks,

Jon
