Creator 2009 Blue Screen Multiple_irp_complete_requests

I've just installed Creator 2009 with SP 2. I'm running XP Pro SP3 & my video card is NVidia GeForce FX 5200 with the latest drivers. When I try to edit a video file (MPEG) located on my harddrive I get a bluescreen crash with the message Multiple_IRP_Complete_Requests. My XP installation is normally very stable with no bluescreens noted from any other programs.

 

Any ideas as to what the problem may be?

There is no one reason that the error happens. Lots of reading there.
