Audio Delete

Hooray I'm in ...... purchased roxio because pinnacle did not work, well the transitions stopped working. OK I have done everything in the downloaded pdf manual and can get to videowave window, I have somehow got the desired background sountrack on to the production editor. I cannot get it to play in the preview area, all I get is the original video soundtrack which I don't want and that is about it,one extra click of the mouse and it greys out and a reboot is then the only way to get back....... surely this is'nt me? Roxio audio burning is brill but it seems not the video. I am in really big trouble here as I need to delete the camcorder hard drive ready for the next trip....... if there is anyone out there who can help I will be most grateful.

PS. I hope there is a solution because Pinnacle are about the most unhelpful organisation I have come across, and if Roxio read this maybe they will come to my aid......

Your post is a bit hard to follow but ...

Switch to the VW timeline, click on SHow/Hide Tracks and then set checkbox for Native Audio and the Ok to return. Then mute the native audio by clicking the blue button on the left of the native audio track.

The Native audio cannot be removed, you can only mute it or lower the volume.

 

I have no idea what your are referring to with "one extra click ...."
