Ok. This is what im getting,

I have a brand new Alienware laptop. Is has a core duo 2.8 ghz processor, 200gig HD, and 2..yes 2... 512 mb ATI Radeon HD 3870 Video Cards. Windows Vista 32b home edition. There is absolutely no reason that i should be getting any errors at all with this software, yet I have been messing with it for 4 days now and can't seem to get it to work at all. It doesnt matter how many times i do a fresh install it just wont work. Please help!!

Looks like you got a bad install. Follow the clean install instructions, here:

Don't skip any steps, and before you start the clean install, go to msconfig, and uncheck any running Roxio programs, click Apply, OK, then reboot.

 

Disable your antivirus software, and start the clean install instructions.
