Roxio PhotoShow and PhotoShow 5 users can go here and create a unique support profile which is separate from the online PhotoShow account. This system allows a user to see their entire conversation at a glance or chat with an online agent. To use the new support options, PhotoShow customers must register their software here before creating a support request.

I have 3 tickets waiting to be addressed, just how long must it take?
