Guy Buckingham
Hello: I am unsure if this is the correct forum to post, but am at a loss. I wanted to ask a simple question of Roxio in support. I cannot without logging in. When I gave my e-mail address to register to do this it said it was used. When I tried to retrieve a lost password type of thing it said my address did not exist. I should not have to give personal info (e-mail address) to ask a question. This is not support; it smacks of the bulk mailing tactics of yore. I don't want to be on a mailing list; I want an answer. I would not have posted this in a forum at all, but I could not find a way to contact Roxio otherwise, even if this is round about. It did allow me to register here. This is not meant as a rant, but a serious bit of feed back. Very Sincerely, Guy Buckingham Edited January 21, 2009 by Guy Buckingham
Brendon
So what is the question you wanted to ask, Guy?
gi7omy
Isn't the answer 'forty-two' Brendon? As for the original poster - presumablky you registered your software originally - this forum uses the same identification as that, so what's the problem?
