No Tech Support For Roxio? Huh?

:angry2: How come Roxio doesn't have any realistic Tech support? The site is almost usless, except for the forums. The Company is non-existent. Phone lines disconnected, etc.The only support you get is sales. We just purchased Creator 2009. Have an issue with capture. Should be a simple solution, but can't get any help...unless you want to pay! Maybe we should return the product.

Bad business practice, Roxio! BAD BAD BAD! :angry2:

You can open up a support ticket w/ customer service or give these forums a try.

BTW:

Have you ever tried hp support after sales!?! <_<

This link is the Creator 2009 support page (easily gotten to from their main Support site linked at the top of the forums).

It offers email support, phone support, and during their normal hours of operation there is a "Live Chat" option available on that page also.

If you post some specifics about the capoture issue you are having and your pc system, someone here may be able to offer some ideas.

From the tone of your comments, it sounds like under some kind of impression you are talking to Roxio.

The people who answer here are other users of the software. If you provide details of your problem, it is possible someone can help you. It also helps to go to the appropriate Forum for the Version you have, since some Versions are set up quite different from others.

As long as you are focusing on telling Roxio how upset you are, you aren't getting anywhere. In fact, Roxio people rarely are on the Forum, and you can identify them by the Roxio logo.
